Pretty much everyone is aware of this, but if you sign up online to receive coupons by mail (usually 20% off one item or $5 off purchase of $15).   They will take up to 5 coupons per transaction, if you have 5 items! Some stores still take expired coupons, but it depends on the store, so check with an associate at your store before you start shopping! Also, if you need to start a Bridal registry with them, they will mail you a coupon for 10% off anything left on the registry once the event has passed.

If you sign up to be on their email list, they will send you a coupon for 20% off anything (including sale items) and you will also receive offers/coupons each month.  Also, if you sign up for a FREE SUBSCRIPTION to American Baby magazine (https://secure.parents.com/bhg/store/checkout/partner/?promoCode=I103VLD40) , each month the magazine includes a coupon for 15% off anything in Burlington Coat Factory’s Baby Depot Department.

Whenever you buy something at JCP, the back of receipt has an invitation to take an online survey at their webpage-after you complete this 5 minute survey, you can print out a coupon for an additional 15% off your entire purchases for the next month-you can print/use as many of these coupons as you want before they expire (and if you’re nice to cashier sometimes they’ll even let you use them after the expiration date).  The BEST thing about this coupon is that you can use it to get an extra 15% off ANYTHING-even CLEARANCE, meaning you save even more!!

Kohl’s: www.kohls.com

If you sign up to be on their emailing list, you’ll get a coupon for $5 off your next purchase-along with a 10% coupon off your whole purchase.  If you sign up for a Kohl’s Credit Card, they also mail/email you coupons (up to 30% off) every month or so-if you pair this with their sales, you can save A LOT-For Example: They had Fisher Price Little People Sets on sale for $8.99, so I waited until I got my 30% off coupon and then bought them and ended up paying only $6 for each set-which ended up being more than 80% off total!  Another way to save is to “go paperless” with your Kohl’s CC bills, they email you another $5 off coupon as well. ALSO-if you sign up to be on their email list they will send you a $5 Gift Card (for in store use) and a %15 off coupon for online use (whether you have/use a Kohl’s Charge or not!)!!

If you watch their sales, every month or so (depending on your store) Friday-Monday they will offer an additional 40% off their clearance/sale merchandise.

Target: http://www.target.com

If you get a Target card, you get 5% off everything you purchase in store and/or online! They will also take 3cents off for every reusable shopping bag you bring with you, whether it’s theirs or not! If you make a registry of any kind, when it’s up, they send you a 10% off coupon for everything left on the registry (so if you have a baby registry, make sure you put diapers and wipes on it!!)
